Smart Converter Pro 3.0 and above support the following macOS versions:

We have an upgrade planned in 2021 for full Big Sur (macOS 11) and M1 chip support.

Smart Converter has been tested against Big Sur with no issues found, but the Big Sur update has not yet been done.
