- Select the folder you want to monitor. You can either select Files > Folder Monitoring > Add Folder > Open, you can drag the folder onto the Smart Player window and select add and monitor or you can select the + Add button > Open > Add and Monitor
- The loading dial will tell you how many assets are left to be added from the folder to the library
- If there are files in the folder then the correct posters, synopsis and cast information will appear
- Now when any files are added to the monitored folder, they will automatically appear in Smart Player
