If you want to tell us about an error or a problem you've encountered using one of our apps it's a great help to us if you can send us the log file.
The steps to find the log file is the same in all our apps.
- Open the App
- In the menu Select 'File > Reveal Log File'
A Finder window will then open with the log file highlighted. Attach that to your message to us.
