You just need to export your Slideshow to Quicktime before adding it to miDVD. Here's what you need to do:

- Go to your Slideshow in Photos.

- Click Export at the bottom of the screen.

- Select "High Definition (720p)" as the Format.

- Click Export

It will create a video file which you can drag onto miDVD.
